Recycle, Reuse Beds and
Bunk Beds
Strictly Beds and Bunks as a manufacturer are aware of its social responsibilities to the various charities we support and mother earth.
With this in mind, we offer a unique recycle or donate service on all our own products. We will collect your old Strictly Beds and Bunks products free of charge, so long as they are located within mainland UK. Once collected, the beds will be re-purposed, and put to good use in one of the following ways:
• Repair and Re-use. Beds are donated directly to one of our charities.
• Dismantle for Parts. These will be used as spares to create recycled products for donation to charity.
Unfortunately there a few conditions:
We CAN ONLY accept the return of our products in their original state. If they have been painted or stained we are unable to accept them for recycling. Additionally, the product needs to be dismantled and re-packaged for us to collect.
How does our bed recycling service work?
Step 1 – Email us at help@strictlybedsandbunks.co.uk or visit our contact page to let us know you have one of our products you wish us to recycle or donate. Please include pictures of of the product and your full delivery address and contact mobile number (used for collection).
Step 2 – We will review your request. If we can accept the return of the goods, we will send out free of charge boxes to enable you to dismantle and repackage. We are unable to accept assembled or unboxed items.
Step 3 – We request that you send pictures confirming the product has been re-packaged. Once received, we will arrange for the collection FREE OF CHARGE.
Step 4 – When the product is back with us, our team will decide the best use for it. In the majority of cases beds are repaired and donated to one of the many homeless charities.
