The cost and responsibility to return the goods is down to the buyer. We do offer a collection service however a charge of £30 would apply. This fee to be paid prior to arrangement and is separate to the cost of goods. Once the goods have been returned a full refund for the goods would be applied.
Conditions that may invalidate any refund.

– The model is returned incomplete
– If a mattress, this must not have been used.
Please ensure the goods are wrapped securely in cardboard prior to any arrangement being booked.
