Yes, Strictly Beds & Bunks do offer a standard delivery service to offshore locations, however we do make a charge for delivery. This charge starts from £39.95, our website will calculate this charge at checkout
How does it work?
Once your order is received, we will arrange delivery and send you all relevant tracking information. Please note that due to your location, delivery may take up to 10 working days, though it is often faster. We typically use DHL for these deliveries.
VAT Information:
If you reside in a tax haven, VAT will still be charged. It is your responsibility to claim this back through your local tax authorities. We will email you a VAT receipt for this purpose. Please be aware that we do not participate in ZERO VAT reporting, as this is optional, and we have chosen to opt out. You will need to handle your VAT reclaim with your local tax agent.
OFFSHORE TAX LIABILITY:
As advised you are charged VAT, however given delivery is outside the UK you can take the VAT receipt and claim this back. However your own jurystiction may change additional tax, this will need to be paid by yourself prior to customs releasing your goods. So, we arrange the delivery and the goods will arrive in your country, if you fail to pay the customs the goods may be returned back to us. Given delivery was attempted any refund would be less the initial, unrefundable delivery charge.
Returns Policy:
Please note that we do not offer a return or collection service from your location. While we will accept returns, the customer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of shipping the item back to our warehouse in Bedfordshire, UK.
