With every purchase, you receive a 12-month replacement part warranty. This covers all structural damage due to knots, etc. 🚫 Excludes damage from misuse (see full terms below).
Within the 12 months you would receive these free of charge, after that period a charge may apply. This warranty extends that FREE period from 12 months to 36 months.

We offer two types of warranty, Pine Beds Frames and Bunk Bed warranties. Its important to note if you purchase TWO beds you will need TWO warranties to have complete cover.

This Warranty extends the standard coverage by three years, protecting against material and workmanship defects under normal use.
🔍 Coverage
- • At our discretion, repair or replace the defective parts.
- • Valid only for products purchased from authorised retailers or directly from us.

❌ Exclusions
- • Misuse, abuse, accidents, improper installation, or unauthorised modifications.

- 2. Describe the defect and provide relevant details and photos.
🔄 Resolution
- • We will assess your claim.
- • If valid, we will repair or replace at no charge, continuing the warranty from the original effective date.
📚 General Provisions
- • This Warranty adds to rights under consumer laws.
- • We may modify terms without prior notice, not affecting prior purchases.
- • Liability limited to the purchase price.
- • Strictly Beds and Bunks reserves the right to exclude excessive claims.
